Requires each county with an Internet Web site to publish information on its site regarding all services offered through the Independent Living Program, including class schedules, contact information, and contractor links.

Mandates counties annually update the published information to ensure accuracy and accessibility for Independent Living Program participants.

Requires the State Department of Social Services to publish direct links to each county's Independent Living Program information on its own Web site and annually review and update those links.

Exempts the state from reimbursing counties for costs related to this mandate to the extent it increases costs already borne under the 2011 Realignment Legislation, unless the state provides annual funding for the increase.
