Designates the Hawthorn Street and Brant Street exit on Interstate 5 north and the Sea World Drive exit on Interstate 5 south as routes to reach the Naval Training Station historic landmark in San Diego

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of installing historic landmark signs consistent with state highway system requirements

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to erect the historic landmark signs upon receipt of donations from nonstate sources sufficient to cover all costs

Recognizes the Naval Training Station (now Liberty Station), which opened in 1923, expanded during World War II, closed in 1997, and was entered into the National Register of Historical Places in 2001
