Designates the El Cajon Boulevard north and south exits on State Route 15 in San Diego County as routes to reach the "Little Saigon Cultural and Commercial District"

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of cultural landmark signs for this designation consistent with state highway signing requirements

Department of Transportation shall erect the cultural landmark signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources sufficient to cover all costs

Recognizes the six-block commercial corridor along El Cajon Boulevard between Euclid and Highland Avenues, which was officially designated as Little Saigon by San Diego City Council in June 2013

Acknowledges the district as a center of Vietnamese American culture, art, and commerce serving over 55,000 Vietnamese Americans in the San Diego region and promoting community revitalization and economic development
