Acknowledges that Native Americans, African Americans, and Chinese people carry epigenetic effects of ancestral trauma including genocide, slavery, and the Cultural Revolution in their DNA

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution for appropriate distribution
