Designates a 5-mile portion of State Route 88 in Alpine County (from the Nevada state line at post mile 25 to post mile 20) as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation and to erect the signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the cost.

Recognizes the contributions and sacrifices of Vietnam War veterans from Alpine County, including Washoe Tribal members and their families and loved ones.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution to the Director of Transportation and the bill's author for distribution.
