Dedicates the interchange at Interstate 210 and Interstate 5 in Los Angeles County as the Caltrans District 7 Fallen Workers Memorial Interchange.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation and the department logo.

Authorizes Caltrans to erect the signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs.

Honors 33 Caltrans District 7 employees who have died since 1921 while performing their duties on the state highway system, including specific incidents from 1926 through 2016.

Recognizes highway work as one of the most dangerous occupations, with highway workers facing a fatality risk seven times higher than other workers according to OSHA studies.
