Acknowledges approximately one million Muslim Americans residing in California, the highest number of any state.

Recognizes Muslim American contributions to California's cultural, political, and economic development, including military service and notable achievements in academia, medicine, entertainment, and public service.

Expresses concern about increasing anti-Muslim harassment, vandalism at mosques, and hate speech, while affirming California's commitment to religious freedom and diversity.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to distribute copies of the resolution to the author.
