• Urges the University of California to maintain in-state tuition and provide scholarships, fellowships, and grants to undocumented students pursuing higher education.

• Requests UC maintain funding for undocumented student support resources and financially support all undocumented students in good academic standing across its 10 campuses.

• Calls on UC to protect and support all students, faculty, and staff and consider providing supportive housing options for those negatively impacted by federal immigration executive orders.

• Expresses legislative intent that UC should not act as federal immigration agents, turn over confidential records without court orders, or supply information for any national registry based on race, national origin, or religion.

• Directs the Assembly Chief Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the UC President, all campus Chancellors, the UC Regents, and the resolution's author.
