Recognizes the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) for 30 years of service providing financing tools to local governments for community-based public benefit projects

CSCDA has issued over $60 billion in tax-exempt bonds and serves more than 530 cities, counties, and special districts as a joint powers authority created in 1988

CSCDA's financing has resulted in creation or preservation of more than 80,000 affordable housing units and completed financing for over 330 health care projects throughout California

In 2009, CSCDA issued $1.895 billion in Proposition 1A Securitization Bonds for 1,457 local agencies, allowing each to receive 100 percent of receivable funds while saving the state $200 million in interest costs

CSCDA has issued over $500 million in Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) bonds for renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water conservation projects
