Caps the application fee for certification as a geologist-in-training at $100.

Changes the examination fee for geophysicists and engineering/hydrogeologists from a fixed $100 to an amount equal to the board's actual costs to develop and maintain the examination.

Increases the maximum renewal fee for specialty geologists and specialty geophysicists to $400.

Eliminates fixed duplicate certificate fees and requires the board to set all other document fees by regulation at amounts not exceeding reasonable regulatory costs.

Authorizes additional fee revenue to be deposited into the Professional Engineer's, Land Surveyor's, and Geologist's Fund, which is continuously appropriated to the board.
