Removes the requirement that State Bargaining Unit 8 employees be temporarily disabled for more than 22 consecutive days to qualify for enhanced industrial disability leave benefits.

Expands the enhanced industrial disability leave benefit to include any salary increases the employee would have received during their leave period.

Changes the benefit duration condition from "until the date the injury is declared permanent" to "until the date the injury or illness is declared permanent and stationary."

Maintains the standard benefit duration of up to 52 weeks after the date of injury or illness for eligible employees.

Allows employees with burn-related injuries to receive benefits for up to 156 weeks after the date of injury or illness instead of the standard 52-week period.
