Amends Penal Code Section 16930 to expand the definition of "multiburst trigger activator" to explicitly include bump stocks, burst triggers, trigger cranks, and certain aftermarket triggers.

Defines bump stocks as devices using springs or pistons that push back against firearm recoil to facilitate rapid trigger activation by a stationary finger.

Defines burst triggers as devices placed within the trigger guard that use springs to cause finger movement and rapidly activate the trigger.

Defines trigger cranks as mechanical devices that activate the trigger in rapid succession by turning a crank.

Prohibits manufacture, importation, sale, transfer, or possession of all devices falling within the expanded multiburst trigger activator definition.
