Requires the California Community Colleges Chancellor to allocate up to $500,000 in matching state funds to Antelope Valley College for the Aerospace Institute if certain conditions are met.

Funding is contingent upon an appropriation from the General Fund in the annual Budget Act or another statute.

Conditions for funding require that an Aerospace Institute has been formally established at Antelope Valley College and that the college has received private contributions sufficient, when combined with state matching funds, to operate the institute for at least one academic year.

State matching funds cannot exceed the amount of private contributions received by Antelope Valley College for the Aerospace Institute.
