Requires the Office of Planning and Research to seek feedback from entities that use the climate adaptation clearinghouse to improve its effectiveness and usefulness.

Maintains existing requirement to coordinate with state, regional, and local agencies to establish a centralized clearinghouse for climate adaptation information.

Clearinghouse must provide climate data, projections, vulnerability assessments, and downscaled data at statewide, regional, and local levels for near-term and longer-term timescales through year 2100.

Clearinghouse may include visualization tools for regional and local impacts, searchable library of research and best practices, funding opportunity information, and prioritized adaptation projects.

Clearinghouse must be regularly updated to maintain current climate adaptation resources and information.
