Amends Section 25608 of the Business and Professions Code to allow beer produced by a bonded brewery as part of an instructional program in brewing to be sold or consumed on public schoolhouse grounds.

Brings beer into parity with wine, which was previously allowed under an exception for bonded wineries operating instructional programs in viticulture and enology.

The exception applies only to beer produced as part of an authorized instructional brewing program and does not change restrictions on other alcoholic beverages at schools.
