Requires the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to post adjusted license fee lists on its Internet Web site, in addition to the existing requirement to publish and transmit the list to the Legislature.

Applies to annual fee adjustments for alcoholic beverage licenses that occur each January 1, beginning in 2013.

Fee adjustments are calculated based on the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (West Region, All Urban Consumers) compared to the April 2010 base period.

Adjusted fees are rounded to the nearest whole dollar and cannot be decreased below the fee amount in effect on December 31 of the prior year.

The adjustment process and fee list publication are not subject to Administrative Procedure Act requirements.
