Requires county tax collectors to post on their websites any notices that are required to be published in newspapers under the Revenue and Taxation Code.

Notices posted on tax collector websites must remain available for the same duration as newspaper publication.

Tax collectors may comply by either posting a PDF copy of the newspaper notice or providing a link to the newspaper's website.

Defines "newspaper" as a newspaper of general circulation for purposes of this requirement.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates finds this creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made under Government Code Part 7.
