Appropriates $1,156,921,693 from the General Fund as an augmentation to Item 9840-001-0001 of the Budget Act of 2016 for the 2016-17 fiscal year.

Allocates funds across multiple state programs: $1,133,101,000 for Medical Care and Services benefits, $14,631,000 for Adult Medical Services, $8,939,000 for Fiscal Intermediary Management, $216,000 for Ancillary Health Care Services, and $29,693 for local government homicide trial costs.

Requires the Controller to distribute the additional appropriated amounts according to the specified schedule, notwithstanding existing budget provisions.

Any unencumbered balances remaining as of June 30, 2017 shall revert to the General Fund.

Takes effect immediately as a Budget Bill under the California Constitution.
