Increases the maximum authorized costs for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Health Care Facility Improvement Program from $1,046,579,000 to $1,089,579,000, adding $43,000,000 in new funding.

Makes the additional $43,000,000 available for allocation to any project established by the board in the Health Care Facility Improvement Program, subject to board approval.

Requires the Department of Finance to report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and respective fiscal committees at least 20 days before board approval of any allocation from the new funds, including project name, allocation amount, reason, completion date, and remaining balance.

Takes effect immediately as a bill related to the state budget and provides appropriations for corrections-related medical, dental, and mental health treatment facilities and housing.
