Requires water corporations with more than 10,000 service connections to maintain an archive of advice letters on their Internet website for two rate case cycles or six years, whichever is shorter.

Archive must include all advice letters that are pending, approved, or rejected on or after January 1, 2019, along with cover sheets, attachments, service lists, and exhibits (excluding confidential materials).

Water corporations must organize advice letters in numerical order, provide direct links to each letter, and may maintain the archive as a standalone site or combine it with current active advice letters.

Requires water corporations to include a link to the Public Utilities Commission's index of advice letters on their website.
