Requires the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training and all local law enforcement agencies to post current standards, policies, practices, operating procedures, and education/training materials on their internet websites starting January 1, 2020

Materials must be conspicuously posted if they would otherwise be available to the public through a California Public Records Act request

Imposes a state-mandated local program requirement on law enforcement agencies, with reimbursement to local agencies and school districts to be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7 if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are mandated by the state
