Adds Section 7196.2 to the Business and Professions Code requiring home inspectors to report observations of yellow corrugated stainless steel tubing during home inspections.

Mandates inclusion of a specified notification in home inspection reports stating that yellow corrugated stainless steel tubing is safer if properly bonded and grounded per manufacturer instructions and that only licensed electrical contractors can determine proper bonding and grounding.

Defines "corrugated stainless steel tubing" as flexible stainless steel pipe used to supply natural gas and propane in residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

Applies the existing standard of care for reasonably prudent home inspectors to determine compliance with the new reporting requirement.
