Designates a specified portion of State Highway Route 29 in Lake County as the Deputy Sheriff Robert Rumfelt Memorial Highway, extending from State Highway Route 175 in Lakeport (post mile R40.144) to the 11th Street Undercrossing (post mile R42.677).

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs for this special designation and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs.

Honors Deputy Sheriff Robert Rumfelt, who died in the line of duty on August 22, 2017, and served as a patrol deputy, firearms instructor, and field training officer for the Lake County Sheriff's Office beginning in 2014.

Recognizes Rumfelt's military service as a United States Marine Corps sergeant and his service as a police officer for the City of Lakeport from 1995 to 2009, including his work as a police advisor in Iraq from 2006 to 2009.
