Increases the maximum authorized costs for Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation health care facility projects from $1,089,579,000 to $1,139,429,000, an increase of $92,850,000.

Makes the additional $92,850,000 available for allocation to any project established by the board in the Health Care Facility Improvement Program.

Requires the State Public Works Board to approve each allocation and the Department of Finance to report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee at least 20 days before approval, including project name, allocation amount, reason, and estimated completion date.

Continuously appropriates funds derived from interim financing, revenue bonds, and notes issued under this authorization to the board on behalf of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Takes effect immediately as a bill providing for appropriations related to the Budget Bill.
