Authorizes community college districts to employ temporary clinical nursing faculty (full-time or part-time) for up to 4 semesters or 6 quarters indefinitely, removing the previous expiration date of December 31, 2015.

Requires each community college district employing clinical nursing faculty under this provision to submit annual data to the chancellor's office by June 30 of each year, including the number of faculty hired and the ratio of full-time to part-time faculty for the three prior academic years and current year.

Requires the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges to report annually to the Legislature and Governor by September 30, detailing the number of districts hiring such faculty, the number of faculty hired, and full-time to part-time faculty ratios.

Prohibits community college districts from using this provision if hiring results in an increase in the ratio of part-time to full-time nursing faculty in that district.
