Extends the Lifting Children and Families Out of Poverty Task Force from its original January 1, 2020 expiration date to January 1, 2022.

Requires the task force to examine the feasibility of developing and codifying the California Poverty Measure, as established by the Stanford Center on Poverty and Inequality and the Public Policy Institute of California.

Mandates the task force to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature by January 1, 2021.

Amends Section 20060 of the Welfare and Institutions Code to update the sunset date for the task force division from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2022.
