Increases the CURES (Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System) fee from $6 to $11 beginning April 1, 2021, then decreases it to $9 beginning April 1, 2023.

Increases the Podiatric Medical Board biennial renewal fee from $1,100 to $1,318 effective January 1, 2021.

Significantly increases acupuncture board fees effective January 1, 2021, including raising application fees from $25-$75 to $250-$1,000, examination fees to $800, and license renewal fees to $500, with board authority to increase certain fees up to specified maximums.

Revises Board of Behavioral Sciences fees for marriage and family therapists, licensed educational psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and licensed professional clinical counselors effective January 1, 2021, establishing minimum fees and authorizing boards to set higher amounts up to prescribed maximums.

Makes delinquency fees equal to 50% of renewal fees across affected boards and professions, with certain exceptions and specified minimum and maximum amounts.
