Requires parties in appellate proceedings involving Proposition 65 violations or interpretation to serve copies of briefs or petitions on the Attorney General at the designated address on the Attorney General's website.

Prohibits courts from accepting or filing any brief unless proof of service demonstrates the brief was served on the Attorney General.

Allows courts to grant reasonable opportunity to cure service failures before imposing sanctions and requires courts to allow the Attorney General reasonable additional time to file a brief.

Applies to cases before the California Supreme Court, courts of appeal, and appellate divisions of superior courts where Proposition 65 violations are alleged or the application or construction of Proposition 65 is at issue.
