Establishes the Mandated Child Abuse Reporting Employee Training Act of 2020 requiring community college district governing boards to annually train employees and administrators who are mandated reporters on child abuse detection and reporting requirements.

Training must use the online module developed by the State Department of Education or other approved alternative training, with community college districts bearing all costs.

Requires districts to develop a process for employees to provide proof of training completion within the first 6 weeks of each academic year or within 6 weeks of employment, with employees working at multiple districts needing training only once per year.

Mandates districts develop a process to identify minor students enrolled in classes and provide that information only to faculty and mandated reporter employees, with strict confidentiality requirements.

Adds community college employees and administrators to the definition of mandated reporters in Penal Code Section 11165.7 and establishes the bill as a state-mandated local program subject to reimbursement provisions.
