Requires all institutions of higher education to mandate that campus-affiliated sororities and fraternities report annually (starting July 1, 2022) information including membership numbers, GPA averages, fundraising totals, recognition status, and conduct status.

Suspends campus recognition of any sorority or fraternity that fails to comply with reporting requirements.

Encourages unaffiliated sororities and fraternities with more than 50% of members enrolled at an institution to voluntarily comply with reporting requirements.

Requires institutions to compile reported information into a publicly accessible annual report posted on their website by August 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, including outcomes of misconduct allegations and number of sexual assault citations or disciplinary actions.

Mandates reports exclude any personally identifiable information and provides state reimbursement to local agencies for costs mandated by the act.
