Reduces California Cut Flower Commission membership from 13 to 9 members, with 8 producers (2 from each of 4 districts) instead of 12 producers.

Allows commission members serving on January 1, 2021 to complete their current terms under the previous structure despite the reduced membership.

Repeals the restriction limiting members to 3 consecutive terms.

Authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to conduct a vote to reconvene the commission one year or more after it is suspended or terminated.
