Allows removal of information from an officer's profile if the investigation results in a not-sustained, unfounded, or exonerated finding, or if a court subsequently finds a sustained allegation was improper.

Defines "serious nature" as allegations that would likely result in termination, demotion, or suspension of 30 days or more if sustained.
