Repeals existing requirements that the City of Lincoln install and maintain directional signs for Route 193 and ensure traffic continuity on the relinquished portion of the highway.

Authorizes the California Transportation Commission to relinquish the portion of Route 193 located within the City of Lincoln's limits to the city, contingent upon an agreement between the Department of Transportation and the city.

Relinquishment becomes effective immediately upon county recorder recordation of the commission's approval resolution.

Route 193 ceases to be a state highway upon relinquishment and becomes ineligible for future adoption under Section 81 of the Streets and Highways Code.
