Requires the Insurance Commissioner to present on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) accreditation process to relevant Senate and Assembly committees during even-numbered years or the first year of a legislative session.

Presentation must cover the role of legislative delegation in NAIC policy development, explain standards and processes with citations to state law, identify laws authorizing future NAIC changes, and provide an overview of minimum NAIC accreditation standards.

Requires the department to include presentation information in a written report provided to relevant legislative committees and posted on the department's website at least once annually or during each legislative session.

Allows the department to coordinate with NAIC to conduct a similar training session at NAIC's national meeting instead of the commissioner's presentation, provided the training is open to the public and specified information is reported in writing to relevant committees.
