Amends Section 19596.2 of the Business and Professions Code to exempt races from the Pegasus World Cup Invitational from the 50 imported thoroughbred races per day limitation.

Adds the Pegasus World Cup Invitational to the list of exempt race events that already includes the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, Belmont Stakes, Breeders' Cup, and other major thoroughbred racing events.

Allows thoroughbred racing associations and fairs to distribute audiovisual signals and accept wagers on out-of-state thoroughbred races without the 50 race daily cap when those races are part of the Pegasus World Cup Invitational race card.
