Authorizes the California Conservation Corps director to establish the Education and Employment Reentry Program for formerly incarcerated individuals who successfully completed California Conservation Camp program service and received recommendations from the Director of Forestry and Fire Protection and Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Program members receive stipends consistent with current corpsmember pay, are eligible for corpsmember benefits, and receive enrollment for up to one year with possible extensions; the director and Employment Development Department must prioritize developing employment plans for participants after program completion.

Participants engage in natural resources management, fuels reduction, forest health restoration, watershed protection, fire prevention, disaster operations, and parkland restoration projects.

Director may enter planning agreements with state and local agencies, community conservation corps, and reentry organizations to develop job training opportunities for individuals who do not qualify for standard corps enrollment, such as those over 25 years old.

Program implementation is contingent upon an appropriation being made in the annual Budget Act or another statute.
