Increases cattle inspection fees from $1.25 to $1.50 per head for most inspections, with reduced rates of $0.75 and $0.50 per head in specified circumstances.

Increases brand inspection fees for carcasses and hides from $1.70 to $2.00 each at the point of inspection.

Allows mobile slaughter operators to slaughter cattle on premises of a person who raised (but does not own) the cattle, limited to five head per month, with requirements for cattle inspection and record-keeping for one year.

Repeals provisions requiring female beef cattle over 12 months of age sold in-state to bear evidence of official calfhood brucellosis vaccination.

Exempts from the $1 per head cattle assessment: out-of-state cattle transported to stockyards or slaughter facilities for sale within 30 days, and cattle resold within 10 days where prior assessment can be demonstrated.
