Amend Section 19800 of the Business and Professions Code to change "shall be" to "is" in the citation of the Gambling Control Act (technical language revision).

Require the California Gambling Control Commission to post a public record of each of its votes on its internet website, in addition to maintaining the record at its principal office.

Change "every" to "each" when referring to votes that must be recorded as public records (technical language revision).

Clarify that documents filed with the commission by the department for evaluating applicant qualifications remain exempt from public disclosure under the Public Records Act.
