Establishes a 3-year pilot program administered by the California Department of Aging to expand access to evidence-based or evidence-derived dementia caregiver education programs and train educators.

Requires the department to prioritize innovative proposals that reach underserved and hard-to-reach communities, including programs that are linguistically and culturally translated.

Authorizes grants ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 to 10 sites located in urban and rural regions throughout California.

Program implementation is contingent upon legislative appropriation of funds.

Provisions automatically repeal on January 1, 2026.
