Requires provider rates for residential services, supported living services, nonresidential services, respite services, community-based day programs, work activity programs, in-home respite services, and supported employment services to increase by 3.33% for each $1 increase in state minimum wage, or a prorated percentage for increases less than $1.

Rate increases are calculated based on rates in effect on December 31 prior to the effective date of each state minimum wage increase.

Applies to services provided through regional centers and the State Department of Developmental Services under the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.

Excludes services for which rates are determined by entities other than the department, or are usual and customary rates.

Vouchered community-based training services are capped at $14.99 per hour and also subject to the same 3.33% increase formula for minimum wage increases.
