Requires conditions imposed by the Attorney General on nonprofit health facility asset sales to remain in effect for the entire time period specified by the Attorney General.

Conditions persist through subsequent or additional sales, transfers, leases, exchanges, options, conveyances, or other asset dispositions of the health facility.

Maintains Attorney General's existing enforcement powers including specific performance, injunctive relief, equitable remedies, and recovery of attorney's fees and costs for breach of conditions.

Applies to agreements or transactions governed under existing Sections 5914 and 5920 of the Corporations Code involving nonprofit public benefit corporations operating health facilities.
