Requires the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to disseminate COVID-19 infection prevention information in English and Spanish to agricultural employees using accessible formats including pictograms and digital/physical materials.

Mandates a statewide outreach campaign in collaboration with community organizations to educate agricultural employees about COVID-19 safety practices and employment benefits including paid sick leave and workers' compensation, with public service announcements on Spanish radio stations.

Requires the division to compile and publish investigation data on its website regarding COVID-19 workplace practices and illnesses at agricultural worksites, including statistics by county, investigation summaries, and descriptions of division responses.

Directs the division to enforce specific Guidance Documents related to COVID-19 infection prevention for agricultural employers and employees to the extent the division has existing regulatory authority under Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.

Provisions automatically repeal when the state of emergency is terminated by the Governor's proclamation or concurrent resolution of the Legislature.
