Makes it unlawful to represent that olive oil is produced entirely from California-grown olives unless all olives used were grown in California, including prohibiting terms like "California olive oil" or substantially similar language.

Prohibits labeling olive oil as produced from olives grown in a specific California region unless at least 85% of the olive oil by weight was produced from olives grown in that region.

Applies prohibitions to all representations in brand names, labels, advertising, packaging, invoices, signs, business cards, and other oral or written materials.

Authorizes the Department of Food and Agriculture to seize and dispose of olive oil labeled in violation of these requirements.

Establishes violations as misdemeanors punishable by fines of $500 to $1,000, imprisonment in county jail for up to one year, or both.
