Requires school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education that receive grants under the Mental Health Student Services Act to submit annual data reports to the Legislature by January 15 each year.

Data reports must include the amount of grant funds received, the number of mental health service workers compensated with grant funds, and the amount used for mental health infrastructure or policies.

Reports must cover grant funds received during the prior calendar year and comply with Government Code Section 9795.
