Permits a licensee authorized to donate or sell alcoholic beverages to a nonprofit corporation, organization, or association to accept the return of remaining alcoholic beverages at the termination of a seasonal or temporary license event.

Applies to licensees including winegrowers, beer manufacturers, craft distillers, distilled spirits manufacturers, and various wholesalers and importers donating to qualifying nonprofits.

Clarifies that nonprofit organizations receiving donated alcoholic beverages cannot use them under any permanent retail license they may hold.

Allows licensees to provide services and assistance to nonprofits in connection with events conducted under temporary licenses issued by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
