Remove the prohibition against waiving fees for commercial driver's licenses for persons leaving active duty from the Armed Forces.

Authorize waiver of the knowledge test for current or former Armed Forces members who meet federal requirements under 49 CFR Section 383.77(a), relating to experience operating commercial vehicles.

Authorize waiver of the driving skills test for current or former Armed Forces members who meet federal requirements under 49 CFR Section 383.77(b), relating to experience operating commercial vehicles.

Authorize waiver of specialized knowledge and skills tests for hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and passenger endorsements for current or former Armed Forces members who meet federal requirements under 49 CFR Section 383.77(c).

Replace the term "written test" with "knowledge test" throughout the Vehicle Code to align state law with federal regulations.
