Mandates local filing officers redact street addresses and building numbers of persons or entity representatives, and bank account numbers before posting documents.

Requires posted documents remain available on websites for four years from the date of the associated election.

Allows agencies to satisfy the requirement by providing a link on their website to the statement, report, or document instead of directly posting it.

Establishes reimbursement mechanism for local agencies and school districts if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs.
