Prohibits occupational licensees issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles from using "DMV," the DMV logogram, or "Department of Motor Vehicles" in business names, telephone numbers, or internet domain names.

Expands existing restrictions to include internet domain names, which were not previously prohibited.

Requires occupational licensees to avoid using these initials, logogram, or words in advertisements in ways that could suggest an official connection with the DMV beyond their licensee status.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because the act creates a new crime or infraction under Section 17556 of the Government Code.
