Establishes the Pupil Peer Support Training Program under control of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, subject to legislative appropriation of funding.

Requires the Superintendent to develop an application process and administration plan for grant selection by January 31, 2021, and to award competitive grants to local educational agencies serving grades 9-12.

Mandates that grant recipients ensure training and ongoing supervision of peer support students be conducted by school staff holding a pupil personnel services credential.

Requires the Superintendent to compile and post a list of evidence-based peer support programs meeting program requirements on the department website by January 1, 2021.

Requires grant recipients to provide program data to the department as specified by the Superintendent, and defines "local educational agency" to include school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools.
