Requires California State University, University of California, independent institutions of higher education, and private postsecondary educational institutions to provide free sexual assault kits and related medical services to students effective January 1, 2022.

For campuses in urbanized areas, kits and services must be available within a 5-mile radius or offered onsite at the student health center.

For campuses in rural areas, kits and services must be available within a 10-mile radius or offered onsite at the student health center.

Defines "related medical services" to include sexual assault examinations and establishes standards for urbanized and rural area classifications based on U.S. Census Bureau definitions.
